Our ideal Sales Consultant/ Retail Manager Trainee candidate will have a strong background in Retail Management, Sales, Personnel Management, Communications, and/or Business. They will be self-motivated, and goal-driven while possessing a solid understanding of what is necessary to make a business operate successfully.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and timely greeting of customers

• Willingness to work with customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction

• Knowledge of minor watch repairs

• Completion of sales paperwork, warranties, and guarantees

• Proper use and security of the till

• Cleaning showcases, checking inventory

• Other duties as assigned by the manager
